Ingrediences
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil or butter or lard
- 350 g chopped vegetables mix (cauliflower, carrot, parsley, kohlrabi, leek)
- 100 g soup pasta
- 1 tsp ground sweet red pepper
- salt , black pepper and parsley leaves to garnish
Directions
- Heat the oil in a pot, add onion and cook stirring frequently until brown
- Add vegetables mix and cook for 5 minutes
- Stir in the ground red pepper, add 2 liters of boiled water and cook for another 10 minutes
- Add soup pasta and cook for 10-15 minutes
- Add salt and black pepper to taste
- Garnish with parsley leaves
